Primarily being a traditional sculptor I find it very hard to transfer over to painting be it traditional or digital, however i know that i will be able to do it at some point, not through a realistic style but a sketchy and rough way.
I was having trouble recreating the original painting so i went on to try different brush marks and looking at the piece from further away it does seem a little nice the initial solid colours really make it feel like a night scene.
